Qualified Artwork:

Seasonal Art Expos will include a broad range of art. Artists are encouraged to submit a wide range of style, medium and content. An unlimited variety of subjects, styles and mediums are accepted and encouraged. Submissions may include sculpture, painting (oil, acrylic, water media, pastel, and egg tempera), drawing, printmaking, glass, mixed media, photography, computer generated art, fabric art, and any art that is publishable in our gallery. Craftwork will not be accepted.

Themed Exhibits will represent specific styles or mediums of art and artists will submit artwork appropriate to the themes of those shows. Guidelines will be specified in the Prospectus for each exhibit.

Before you submit your artwork:

Read the Prospectus: Rules and Guidelines to confirm that your artwork qualifies and that you understand the gallery's guidelines.

Rename your file(s), following this example: lastname_f_titleofartwork

Prepare your artwork:
(2 pieces per entry)

Image file type: Submit your images as a .jpg, .pdf, .tif, or .psd file type. Use little or no compression. (baseline standard)

Image file size: Should not exceed 1.2 MB for each piece of artwork submitted.

Image size: (pixels) Should be a minimum of 850 pixels (for low resolution images) and a maximum of 2000 pixels for the longest edge of the image.

Note: When you submit your artwork, you will have a choice to opt-out of the pre-exhibit and wait for the jury decision.
